I've disabled my Windows Update & abt upload, if u look at d scrshot carefully u will find that upload & dnld is segregated Upload is marked as Sent Dnld as Received

4 me BSNL rox At n8 in torrents I dnld on an avg 3 GB of data via torrents(@150-200KBPS) If u use LIMEWIRE the speed generally increases
