The problem appears to be more of an EMI interference than the UPS. Move UPS as far as you could from your PC and try the CL3 HDMI cable. It should solve your problem.

+1 for onlyscrews they have a very good support and you find almost all kind of screws and brass inserts.

I am using a 2kva delta online UPS, which costed me 26K with internal batteries. It's better to go with an internal one if you have secondary backup for eg genset.
