You might want to check the ram hight, and the cabinet spec, nh-d15 is one gigantic cooler and is notorious for not fitting ....

I think ( and I might be wrong) but you might want to get a 5800x with a decent b550 board if you are not overclocking it...also a 750 watt psu..I think 3070ti might be throttled by 5600x

You can also check out msi b550 gaming plus, it is very similar to msi tomahawk and used ones on this forum list around 8-9 k (there was one listed here a few days back) , it is a good board even if you decide to go for a 5800x , and for anything higher then this you might as well want to go for...
