Have you considered the Flow X13 2021 with the 1650? The dedicated GPU is poor by 2023 standards, but it is still something if your load is light. Otherwise the Flow X13 2022 with the 6800HS has an integrated Radeon 680M and that's almost as powerful as the 1650. Both are slim and light, should...

S21 FE was available for 32k in the last sales, right? Between that and the Pixel 6a, really. On the Pixel, 60hz hurts yes - but only if she is used to 90+hz from her previous phone. Otherwise, Pixel's 60hz shouldn't be as much a torture as 60hz on, say, a Samsung OneUI.
