I recently experienced this for a chain lube and clean. I ordered 4*chain lube and cleaner. To my surprise only 4* chain lubes were delivered. Contacted Amazon and they said the name says only Chain lube 400 so it was delivered the same. But it was saying ‘Chain lube+ chain clean 400’ in pattern name. I explained everything. After a lot of hassle i was able to return it and reordering the same. Again, only chain lubes were delivered. Luckily, they were just taped together without any boxes. I rejected the delivery. Anyway, point is you will only get processor. Don’t get your hopes up.

i dont see a way for anyone to gamble this. well if you cod and see a small box and its only processor then reject cod. other not in a million year you will get the bundle. plus with no open box verification you can open and check and reject delivery. and even the recent scam vedio of people getting used or swapped item even in anti tamper parcel (there unboxing vedios were not really that good.)
So my friend’s order got shipped, as i said ,they shipped just the processor 9800X3D alone, he has now cancelled it .
How did he verify this, was there a delivery attempt?

Actually, there is. Like others said, Amazon will reduce their rating of you, resulting in lower account specific deals and then outright ban if returns/cancellations on large orders keep happening.

I rarely make returns/reject.
The rare occasion that I have to request for a replacement/refund, it gets done immediately, with no proof or chatbot conversations. Sometimes even get to keep the old product + refund/replacement.

yup this helps. I have been able to return and get refund of really expensive non-returnable items easily because of this.
You will if you are unlucky enough to get scammed on some future expensive order.

One shouldn’t care. Amazon is no more the old Amazon which was decent. They have turned to same chapri standard like Flipkart. It happened within the past year or so. I have extremely low rate of returns on Amazon and previously for any broken/damaged items they would issue refund/replacement without any drama. Now i have to chat with those clowns for like 10 mins to convince them why I’m returning something, even if the item is damaged. And it takes me few mins just to find that chat option because it’s been hidden from the app or at least i don’t see it anymore.
What a shame really. Amazon was the the only decent ecommerce in India.

That’s exactly because your acc has extremely low returns rate. Nowadays, for accs with high returns rate the time period counts in days not minutes for approval of return.
