Watch this video on the page. the text animation for first 2 section. to be more specific, OVERLAY word animation. What is this called ? its a type of glitch effect but which. How to do it ? any plugin or tutorial for the same ? also if you can help in making one, would appreciate it more as I want to learn that method to make this effect.
