Iâm building my own 45U open frame server rack! The frame will be made out of 4040/2060/2040/2020 extrusion, this is actually my second rack. The first is all covered up in the background, since I (temporarily) ran out of budget for that project â that one is âworkâ related while this one is for personal use.

Youâll need two of them and a certain type of screw, I donât think itâs metric, youâll need 10/32 UNF screws.
I will attach it to wooden frame. So wood screws for 1 end and something easy to remove for front side.

The sides are unthreaded so you can use anything but the fronts are 10/32 threaded holes.
