Considering you are dealing with heat here, would suggest printing in ABS.

I do have grey ABS lying around if you are okay with that.

Since I had the idea, decided to modify the model by cutting the Pi logo into the top cover.

Also have a partially cut fan mesh used for another project, so you can fix it using Fevikwik or heat tape to protect somewhat from dust.

Considering the difficulty of printing finer details with ABS, the case seems to have come out alright. The lid with the logo and mesh stays in place even when inverted. The cut-outs look fine visually. In terms of print quality, there are a few visible layer lines and a few spaghetti lines in the screw hole, but the screw should go right through.

The real test of course is whether everything will fit, but that is what @chetansha will have to check, though that would be a function of the design rather than the print. Will be booking the courier today.
