I find that computer fans are uselessly blamed for noise.Most of the times,its not the fan but its impproper mounting(using just two screws instead of four that too w/o rubber washers)that leads to noise.I have 5x80mm fans,1 gpu fan,2x40mm fans on back of the video card(my custom card cooler),1 70mm coolermaster cpu fan and the noise level is very low.

u have a 5700 right?? how did u mange to do that dude, 2 fans on the back of ur card!!!
Take a piece of cardboard,cut it to the size of ur fans,stick ur fans together with superglue,put it on back of ur card,and attach with two tapes easily.
The idea is not my mine though,there was an article somewhere about cooling a radeon 9800 with a similar cooler made of plexiglass.I thought cardboard would be much simpler.
Best part:u can install it on any card agp or pci-e and no permanent mark on the card.
BTW:I will put pictures if I get the time.That along with a review of my Colorsit 450W smps which I got for 1100 2day.(rating:+5v:30a,+12v:19a,+3.3v:18a).Plus
