It means cold water have much more benefit than hot water, also cold water will be light on pocket since i will be saving electricity bill :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Wash body with warm water (in winters) and hair with cold/lukewarm water.

All i know is i’m alive after having hot water baths all these years. Only side effect is that i lose the sense of time spent under the shower and eventually get late. :face_with_tongue:
