Asked for cancellation as i was informed later that
The user did not have the cables even though he claimed to have them originally.
The timestamp is not written by the user.
He is selling the unit for a reseller who lives in a different state and the reseller is the one who wrote the timestamp. But the reseller does not want use his own techenclave account to post.
The reseller was trying to procure the cables after i had paid him.
No packaging pictures etc were shared for days. And I was kept in dark about the reason of the delay. An irl friend shared me the picture of the reseller asking to procure the cables in a WhatsApp group after i had confirmed from the user that he had the cables and paid him for the psu.
The shipping was booked by the reseller only after i wanted to back out of the deal after all of this came to light.
I can share the screenshots with the moderators over dm for all of this. Have already messaged @puns with the proof.
I did ultimately get my money back but had to threaten the reseller with legal action for the same.
For future buyers I will just say please consider that the seal of this unit is broken and that these two individuals did not even have the cables and were not forthcoming about it (if you are buying this you can DM me for proof of this statement regarding the cables). So trust them at your peril about the seal being broken due to just improper storage and not the unit itself having been opened and repaired.
Yes this is it. My friend showed this to me too. He posted this after I had already paid while I was told by the user that he has everything. I had specifically inquired about the cables.
I already got my money back but this ended up taking days. I had to literally threaten them with legal action for them to even consider doing so. Before that they had kept insisting I should receive it and to try it first. No packaging images etc were shared for days after I had paid.
