Thats a bad news… 
I am a bit confused now… if current motherboards are not forward compatible wid BD CPUs then how MB manufacturing companies are releasing 8xx chipset AM3+ motherboards? Or may b i think BD CPUs are not pin compatible wid current AM3 boards…
When are the bulldozer and ivy bridge processors comin ? and what price range will they be in ?
May be they want to clear the inventory of 8XX chipsets asap. BD might be pin compatible with AM3 boards but some of its new features like higher HT frequency, Turbo core 2 etc won’t work hence there is a possibility of performance hit with AM3 boards.
Bulldozer is scheduled to be released in Q2 2011 and Ivy bridge in H1 2012. 
Well the board shown there is Am3. Its not a Am3+ board, its clearly visible from the pics.
However BD CPUs won’t work in Am3 Mb’s, I do remember watching some interview in which some high offcials cleared the backward compatibility topic for the upcoming Zambezi CPus. Am3 processors will work in Am3+ boards but not the latter.
is there any AM3+ mobo up for grab … anything available online
