Heads up, the htmview?pli=1 at the end of your url is forcing the page into minimalist mode. I wasted some time figuring out how to get out of it :expressionless_face:

Updated Database for AM5 Motherboards:

Taichi rocks !!

AMD Lane roulette is back. enjoyed playing this game in the 90s and early 00’s.

For reference, those running PCIe 4.0 cards like the RTX 4090 will run at x8, but PCIe 4.0, which is = PCIe 3.0 x 16 - from 12 years ago. Whee! Such speed!

Seems Taichi or Asrock X870s with 9950X3D are melting the boards and sometimes not booting or frying the processors…

[First user reports Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU not booting on ASRock X870 motherboard after just 9 days of use](’

While Asrock is claiming that it is AMDs fault for processors not booting on their mobos or processors getting fried in their mobos

Here we go:[ASRock addresses Ryzen 9000 boot issues concerns: ā€œall BIOS versions including earlier iterations will not cause CPU damageā€](’

At the end some users are complaining it’s because of AMDs lane sharing these are happening…

It has nothing to do with lane sharing; that was a separate discussion altogether in the linked thread.

What a beauty it is, though I am slightly annoyed by some of the names/data being cropped by the rows/columns.

I don’t really trust AMD at all in addressing CPU bugs promptly. They wont even admit the issue exist & remain silent. Will wait and see as there are many failed 9800X3D reports on multiple Board brands.

Even MSI mobos are not booting 9950X3Ds now:

But perfectly booting 7950X3D even after necessary bios updates

Waiting for GN’s video lol

Seems that Asus released a UEFI bios updates for their AM5 mobos to better support 9950X3D

Time to make a 7k INR motherboard + 70k processor build. Some say it will be THE BOMB.

LOL I am have ordered 10k mobo for 17k CPU and I am worried now since 40k mobos are failing with 70k CPUs.
