Good software for ALL indian languages is iLeap from CDAC. But it ain’t free.

Yep, mate! I know of that. Then, there’s Sulipi. But what I was really giving was an online solution. You don’t really need to download anything in such a case.
No installation hassles, no rebooting computers, no wastage of time in downloading, …, etc.
