How do I get Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card as a Self Employed person?

yeah. I did the same. I was using pay later consistently and they gave me the card no issue, quite easily.

Can I still apply for pay later?

I know this trick works for a fact, so get any random icici LTF card first, maybe coral or something, then wait 5-6 months and apply for amazon pay, now how you will get the first free card upto you, this is failsafe and works

It’s barely above 700, ZestMoney misreported same day payments as late payments and I didn’t care enough to fix it so that tanked my score, as far as I can tell. This was back when they were about to go out of business and we didn’t have that RBI-mandated 3 day grace period we do now.

The one thing in my life that’s as it should be is that all my emi payments are made on time. Snapmint reports my score as high 700s but that does not match Experian or Cibil so it could be just their own thing:

You can get your detailed credit reports using the free annual report from bureaus.

One Score is a good app to get both the scores monthly. You may even get their One Card offer.

Again, I am not aware of zest money or snap mint. Why not still give it a try and raise a dispute regarding the bad reporting?

Thanks for the app recommendation, I see a few late payments reported in 2022 but it’s not going to be easy finding out what they’re for since I don’t recognize the lending partners (idfc and hero fincorp) and I have over 100 “accounts”. I’ll need to cross reference emi payments in my bank statements and gather proof before reporting.

Is it true that only the last three years are considered? I read that somewhere. These misreported payments are from November of 2022 so it might be simpler to just wait it out.

I am trying the Secured Platinum CC to APay CC strat.

Hope it works.

Applied in April, got rejected. Learned of the method a few days later. Applied for a FD-CC.

I can apply in 16 days.

Tbh, no one knows the methodology of the credit rating agencies. It’s their proprietary method of calculation and they guard it to their heart. It’s all speculation and correlation.

I am getting mail to increase my icici cc limit.

Apply for their platinum cc and once you get it then gradually apply for amazon cc and it shall be get done without issues.

People face issues by directly applying o their amazon cc.

Thats what worked for my family members.

If you check the PDF report that Experian has mailed, you can spot the erring account/s.

It will always be on record. Just that it won’t show any delayed payments for the most recent 3 years.

The credit inquiry that a lender does fetches a detailed report that’s different from what we see as consumers.

The One Score app should also allow you to see account level details if you tap on payments or accounts. Do try. I have an active CIBIL subscription which I got last year because of the mortgage so I haven’t check One Score recently.

Consider using Paisabazaar app. They show all the credit card offers and even some pre approved cards. Could be useful

I think CRED is passive aggressively taunting me:

I saw that after I installed the One Score app, and I’m pretty sure CRED has the permissions to see what I have installed.

One Score feels like having my own cheer squad:

I checked my cibil history, it was 802 two years ago, it’s been downhill ever since haha.
