Long story short,
I have logged in to my iPhone and iPad with same email. Have turned off all possible settings which passes calls to nearby device from iPhone. iPad is wifi only modal but the iOS eco system wants to seen calls on all the devices. I remember getting it on Mac mini but was able to disable it and it worked. don’t know why its not working for iPad. kind of annoying at the moment with it.
FaceTime is off on iPad and iPhone setting is also off for call on other devices. basically as I told. already done it. no idea why I still see calls on my iPad ![]()
Maybe something related to wifi-calling setting.
But in any case this shouldn’t be this hard to turn off. So it must be a glitch.
At last, I guess its time to hard reset the iPad fully.

Turn find my iPad off.

If there is new OS update, download manually from https://ipsw.me/, and update via itunes
shiftrestore. You have put the iPad into DFU mode.
If you go to apple care regarding any software related issue, the first thing they do is reset the device in DFU mode.
