Not possible, if there was such a windows laptop then it would have been as famous as macbook. Also, OLED screens consume more power than typical IPS screen unless you do everything in dark themes & watch mostly dark videos/webpages all the time. Best you can hope for is a 5-6 hours battery backup windows laptop.
Not at all, on Geekbench v6 it scores 2.5k - 2.8k on single core, depending on the SKU, and 10k+ on multi core. That’s slightly better ST compared to an M2, ~5% less than my desktop i7 13700K. On MT, scores same as the M2 and half as much as the i7.
