This will be placed in a bright room with lots of natural light. No OS or cpu/mem requirement as I’m planning to install firestick 4k or similar.
Get a MiniLED QLED. You’ve multiple options to choose from TCL, Phillips, Hisense.
Bought this recently for 39k
is it possible to use such large 4k tv’s with 4K laptop, as a large monitor also?
for everything other than gaming?
( except and specially not looking at 4K large tv’s for gaming? )
any 4K/8K tv 40+ inch released or expected to be released in 2026 that can be used as monitor also.
Assuming yes, is chroma 4:4:4 enough or some other spec is also important for very clear text?
can you detail your experience, pros and cons?
what would you additionally look for in next buy?
This looks good. It’s at 41.5k now, will check it out in stores for a better discount
You’ll need a really good gpu at least 16gb vram for gaming on 4k. I currently use lg c4 as primary when I’m gaming, it works pretty good. Just make sure you use hdmi 2.1b, TVs don’t support dp
Amy specific model? How’s the after sales service for hisense? And does philips actually make their own tv or rebrand chinese TVs
Get a tcl c6 series mini led
You wont regret
I’m planning to get bravia 2M2 65 inch if I get it under 60k. 55 inch is priced at 55k which is unreasonable.
Also 65 inch was available for 61k last week on flipkart, and now it as gone to 71k.
My house is gonna get completed next month, so probably going to delay the purchase
Have heard good things about q6c from other members, but customer support can become a deal breaker
Display and colours are quite good, I use my TV in a narrow area so sound is not an issue for me. Remote is a letdown but you can also control it through the smartThings app. Basically this is my first big screen LED experience so cant complain much.
Not the c version
Bet the s version its 144hz
