I’m looking for 65 plus inch television, my options are SONY BRAVIA 3 Series ( without mini LED) and TCL c72k ( with miniLED)

Great options.

Which is better choice among this two.

Some questions:

How is the service center situation in your city? Sony TV after-sales can be very hit or miss.

What are your IQ priorities? Colour? Contrast? Refresh rate?

Have you read online reviews before narrowing down to these two options? Did you exclude any other brands/models? What criteria did you use?

Mini led for picture quality IMO and in absense of any preferences.

what’s the price difference between them?

I live near to city so service is not a problem, and for the picture quality i have been using basic lcd backlight LED LG TV for last 15 years and iam satisfied with the logengivity and the color production, contrast ratio and smooth OS experience . But LG is not producing TVs higher than 65 inch and also models are so limited .

I need to upgrade with my existing LG with 75 inch TV for the upcoming 10 years without any hassle.

I understand the MINI led performance but how about TCL company when it comes to India and asia region . Are they producing same kind of quality panels which they are selling in US and Europe region ? I need the TV to be last for atleast 10 years without hassle

There is no big price difference both are same when comes to price above 75 inch

IMO get Sony Bravia 2 for 75k. Paying 10k extra for Bravia 3 just gets you a slightly brighter panel, generally 300nits vs 400nits or so. Maybe can invest in a soundbar for the saved money.

TCL & other smaller brands - I generally don’t recommend them if spending so much money. TCL or Hisense might have better hardware but lacks in software processing & after sales to be worth the hassle. Until recently TCL TVs were considered bad in India because of poor QC (their US & EU TVs were much superior for sure).

Although I generally consider after sales of all brands in India to be a hit or miss, I have faced issues with after sales for many major brands (including Sony TVs but that was almost 2 decades ago).
