the switch mentions IEEE: IEEE802.3AF/AT 1/2+ 3/6- what would be the cable type?
it all depends on the input voltage rating of your non poe device and also you need to make force mode/passive mode whatever it is called on in your poe switch
The one you linked are passive poe. You need this type, active poe:
Passive poe only works with direct injection, active poe is required for 802.3af
The passive splitter will work, if your poe switch can do passive poe.
Once passive poe is enabled, remember to not plug the cable into an actual POE device. It will release the magic smoke.
