My sister and B-i-L are using a Prime Video account on their Firestick in NZ and using Proton VPN to have access to local content. Now the account in their Firestick and Prime Video shows my name. Problem is, they and I’m unable to find out which mail ID is the account created/associated with. There are 4 Gmail IDs that I use and only 2 have Amazon accounts associated with and neither has PrimeVideo. I did have a phone number, that I don’t use any more and is probably dead, which might have been used to create it but when I try to use it to log in PrimeVideo it says no account associated with it.
So how do I find out the mail ID or phone number that was used to create the PrimeVideo account that they are using now?
