Rtx 3080 is the rx 6800xt , 7800 xt class.
A card this old and without any warranty usually go for about 30k> .

He did make an offer for 25k. Which I think is a fair price for an 5 year old 3080. I’m just trying to save yours and potential buyer’s time.
For a rough idea, I recently sold my 2070S for 10k and bought 7900GRE (2.5y warranty) for 35k on te.

Right price for 3080 is 25k, 3080TI is 30k for non warrenty GPU.

He already lowered it to 27k. If he wants to sell it at that price it’s his choice. Also the card looks clean for being a 5 year old card (although a few more pics would make it easier to judge better, shouldn’t be an issue since OP said they already got a RTX 5080). I have only seen bad 3080’s for that price.

In addition, the AIB also has to be taken into consideration. XLR8 cards are top-tier. 25K maybe for an Inno3D.

PNY is often looked down upon. But they have a very good build quality. After the EVGA exit, theyre the only American company making GPUs.
Regarding temps, some have you asked me what the max temps are. In my room where ambient is 27-28 deg celcius, on a stock fan curve it reaches a 75 deg equilibrium (I run superposition 8k benchmark on loop). Temps are totally fine. This GPU was maintained very well.
On Kombustor, after 10 mins on stock fan curve and 27-28 deg ambient, max i saw was 77. Lowering ambient and setting a better fan curve can give you sub-70 deg temps.
