Suggest a reliable KVM Switch for 4K@120hz

Looking to buy a reliable KVM switch that can handle high resolutions and perform smoothly without any glitches, issues, etc.

It supports 5120 x 1440 at 240Hz.

I have two machines connected to it, a desktop with Ryzen 7600 and Nvidia 3060Ti (might upgrade to RTX 4090/5090 later this year for LLMs) and Macbook Pro M2 (for work).
Right now, it is cumbersome to switch between the two. I want the display, keyboard and mouse all 3 switching to either with just one switch.

I need a KVM that can handle at least 4K@120Hz (i.e. 8K@60Hz) with EDID support. Most listings on Amazon are limited to 4K@60hz and EDID is lacking.
I’ve used generic KVMs before and many of them either lagged or went blank while switching and had to switch back and forth 2-3 times to get it working.
If anyone is using a high performing KVM, please suggest a model and where to buy it from. Budget is not an issue, but it should be reasonable and not crazy.

Don’t go for a display KVM switch. Use it only for USB. Doesn’t display automatically switch anyway? I hope you’re using DP for your desktop.

Yes, I do use DP for desktop. Need display KVM as both systems are simultaneously on and switched back and forth randomly.

I have this in my wishlist since months. Waiting for my jetkvm then will probably get this.

Without EDID emulation, the resolution, refresh rate, and monitor position will not be remembered when switching back and forth between computers. So I need that feature as a must. I also don’t need 3-4 PCs, just 2 simultaneous PCs will do the job for me.

But it’s quite pricey and will have the importing headache plus duty. Hence, the search for an affordable alternative.

I don’t need this feature and have multiple servers so this would work fine for me.

Both can do 4K@60Hz. I was hoping to find one that could do 4K@120Hz since my monitor and desktop can handle that.

You can use some of the importing services here on TE. Very reasonable prices and duties.

Although recent trade shenanigans have caused some delays and headaches, but I think they’re being sorted out.

My search ended up with no option. There are some 4K 60Hz KVM switch for 5k+, which might be enough for my 1440p 170Hz monitor but decided to buy a simple USB switcher for 1k instead as there was concern about VRR as well. I just have to connect 2 cables to the office laptop & press 1 switch when I want to use it with my monitors & KB+mouse.

how jetkvm would handle this? looking for use with 4k monitor at 2x zoom.
