Facing this issue, from bout 2 days 
App : Utorrent, recent ver
Prob : Terrible download speed,yet good upload speeds 
Don’t knw wats wrong, lately i witnessed that my dowloading speepds were as low as 10 kbps & some times like 0.5 -0.8 kbps 
, but the upload speeds are stable ! Even on a healthy torrent speeds are like this !
Before i used to get 180 -200+ Kbps !

is this happening with a particular torrent or all torrents?
change the setup settings & it may restore the speed.

Any new AV or firewall installed recently? See if they are blocking the port.
Did u try portforwarding?

just check whether correct speeds are selected in set up (settings) .

even am experiencing the same thing since last 2 -3 days.downloads b4 used to hit 200kbps.not anymore.A movie with 30+ seeders is downloading at 15kbps.

use the 2.0.4 version. i read on utorrent forum that people are having some problems with the new version which has apps.

speeds are always round 190-210Kb on private trackers with uploads capped at 30Kb.

Nathin happened so far
torrent file’s got : got 9523 seeds and 23098 peers and i am connected to 19 seeds and 41 peers ! - HELP ME - , n shitty download SPEEDs like 0.5 kbps - 72kbps, never reaches 200

those are very high seed numbers for a torrent. could be a faulty tracker.
Turn of dht and peer discovery and peer exchange and turn on encryption in settings (Outgoing: enabled) to hide from possible throttling.
most probably i think torrent pool might be bad. i.e. more leechers who have throttled uploads and and aren’t sharing downloaded parts.

i even tried torrents with go peers & seeds , the same thing happens uploads are Okay, Downloads are like DOGS !
are the http download speeds okay?
try with another torrent application set to default settings.
Use different ports. See if they are open using option->Setup Guide.
Are you getting good speeds in direct downloads? If yes last resort reinstall OS.

Previously i was on Intel platform ,& i migrated to AMD, whole new Mobo & Proccy, but with the same OS, (** i mean the old HDD which had Win 7 64 **) , anything suspicious here ?
