Hi guys,

My dad had just called from Chamoxa, SLS, SG. He was confirming the price and model number of this power supply (FSP FX700-GLN).

I guess, my birthday came early.

I had asked him to get a sound card (Creative Xfi, since the Audigy2Zs is just $19 lesser in price in SG), but dunno if that will go through the pipeline :wink: But the powersupply is more or less confirmed.

EDIT: hmm, no go for the xfi :frowning: but ah well, i am very happy for getting the Power supply. (reason, my sis got an ipod)

thnx a ton yaar. i hope this allows me to frag u faster in CSS :face_with_tongue: no j/k. u own me any day/night/midday/noon/what not…

the good thing about this PSU is that the OCP is at 20A and you can comfortably load each rail w/o having to worry about the 15A limit.

only gripe so far: its rated 700W at 40C and 650W at 50C. its not that bad… trust me :wink:

i will do a full review of shit powa supply once i get it in my hands :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

man, its around S$270 i think. dont know exact price. maybe a bit less. but the xfi is slightly more expensive compared to newegg though.

what i find hard to believe is that the enermax liberty 620 which retails for all of $170 in newegg goes for as much as $220 in singapore. whats the logic behind such pricing :huh: everything else is either on par or cheaper than US.

WOOT guys… dad came. The parts are here. The XFi has a heatsink on the chip, lol. Maybe i should try overclocking it.
