disc not recognized

Hi All, I have my PS4 which is plagued with the age old issue of disc drives not being recognized in the PS4 disc if it is in the sleeping position. If i insert the disc drive a sound comes from inside like the disc is being read and failing. This happens 2-3 times and the PS4 rejects the disc...
