1 Mbps unlimited launched by Tata Indicom?

Saw this on their website.Tata indicom has launched 1MBPS unlimited. Called them up regarding it and they say it is yet to be launched in Bangalore. Have anyone else in the other cities got it?

What will happen is TATA Indiacom will not get enough new connections for this plan & those who will be offered this plan as an upgrade.... will ridicule upon the sales guy... So In next 6-8 months TATA will reduce the tariff to something affordable... Then this plan would be juicy & then only other ISP's will come up with their 1Mbps Plan....

So guy's wait another one year.... who knows you would be using net @ 1Mbps UL next year on this same day... or maybe earlier....

I hate to be the Nazi that corrects everyone, but when talking about Networking, please keep in mind that caps lock indeed means something. 1MBps means 10Mbit, which in turn means a bite from reality sandwich since Indians will probably never get 10Mbit uncapped connections...

yeah whole day 1mbps unlimited is around 8gb of download.... 8 hours night unlimited (MTNL) is 5gb of download....and a years plan is for 9300 for mtnl NU.. take your pick.

It'll be affordable in another 365 days. Wait it out, we people are used to it.
