@Funtoon: 550D is available for 42k with kit lens if I am not mistaken... However at that range it makes sense to put in some extra and get a Nikon D90.

How do you see D90 superior then 550D. Only difference I see in D90 is it's slightly bigger sensor size, rest spec wise 550D look superior to me at a lesser price.

^ D90 advantage over 550D :

1. Better and brighter viewfinder(Pentamirror of 550D vs Pentaprism).

2. Much better DR(Dynamic Range)

3. Larger Sensor and Less MP means better IQ.

4. Better feel n grip.
