11-14.5k budget new phone !

I know there are many similar threads before but their requirements are different and so i am creating this new thread .
I am selling my ipod touch and also my samsung wave 533 .
I was first looking to buy ipod touch 32gb but , now i have decided to buy a better phone instead of carrying 2 separate devices everytime .
After deciding on a budget of 10k first , now i have decided to increase it to 14.5k !
To cut short ,
Priorities are (not in order )
Good sound quality , Good OS , Looks , Camera atleast 5 MP , GPS for my car .
Budget : Not more then 14.5k !

In this budget The samsung Ace comes in mind but i dont think its worth 14.5k ! another option is Spice MI410 , specs are good but then again its spice
Lastly there is motorola defy but thats above my budget .
Sorry for the long post but please do suggest , i will be buying within next 10 days .

I think Spice MI-410 has best hardware for 12,999. I mean 1 ghz msm 8255 processor, 512mb ram, adrenos 205 gpu for 12999 compared to same specs Desire HD which sells for 25k. Only thing desire hd has over MI-410 is 768mb ram, but MI-410 has front facing camera.

After much thinking and researching i havent yet come to a decision . so i have decided to increase my budget to around 16.5k but i have still not found any other alternatives .
This is what i have considered so far
Moto defy Rs 14800 from local dealer + 8gb card Rs 500 + fiio headphone amp if required Rs 1000 = Rs 16300 total
OR
Spice Mi410 Rs 13300 local outlet + 16Gb card Rs 1500 + fiio headphone amp if required Rs 1000 = Rs 15800 total

Moto pros : Gorilla glass , better support , better camera , better Sound , Rugged , battery , slightly better looks
Cons : 3.7 'screen compared to 4.1 of spice , slightly lesser hardware but good for me
Spice pros : large screen good for PDF's , Better hardware
cons : support , still camera , battery , display colour n material
Really confused , please suggest your options .

You will not go wrong with either. But spice mi-410 has a decent camera with 720p recording. For moto you need to update or mod it for 720p recording, I might be wrong also. Also build wise Spice mi-410 is really solid and does not feel like a cheap model. Plus its getting official gingerbread update at the end of the month (According to Spice thread here) Plus the Quadrant scores are sub 1800 with it without any modification. The screen is actually decent with 227.5 ppi which is more than enough for a 4 inch screen. If gaming is your thing, then spice mi-410 would be better because adrenos 205 gpu is better than SGX 530.

Customer service I do not know. But it seems Spice has lot more centers than Motorola in India. So that might be helpful for After Sales Service.
