Hi,
DC barrel adapters are referenced in mm for the size, so if you do have a sample picture let me know, I can make you one for you :)

Thanks for the offer. I should have been more clearer. I was looking for an external power brick with plug similar to the ones available for laptops. This is for an old Intel DN2800MT board powered with an 8-19 V DC external power supply though the DC jack on the back panel. This connector accepts dual-barrel plugs with an inner diameter (ID) of 2.5 mm and an outer diameter (OD) of 5.5 mm, where the inner contact is +8 V DC (±10 %) through +19 V DC (±10 %) and the shell is Ground. The maximum current rating for this connector is 8 A.

Are you looking for this? Entire brick or just the connector?
If just the connector, I can send you one, I do have it, let me get you a picture.
The left one is a diy one I made for something which I don't remember, and the right one is a pre-made one. Both of them have free wire at the other end. The top one is free wire to 5.5x2.1 converter.

I recently upgraded my Lenovo 170w laptop adopter.
It has a flat pin. You can however cut it off anw get what you need.
Let me know if that works for you.
