14k budget phone

I'm looking for a phone in 14k budget with

- compact as it'll be my music player also - top priority
- should be a bit rugged to withstand falls & bumps
- atleast 5mp Cam
- wifi & 3G with front camera for video calling
- FM Transmitter (if possible)
- Reputed brands like Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, HTC

My current phone is Nokia N79 which meets all the above requirements.

I've found that Nokia C6-01 meets all except FM Transmitter. But I'm a bit hesitant on Symbian 3. Should I go with it ?
Is FM Transmitter possible through an App ? I'll miss it dearly as its primary method of hooking the mobile to my car stereo.

Btw. should I wait for any upcoming phones ?

I think you should go ahead with the Nokia C6-01. Use the ICICILB or RCOMLB1 coupon while ordering from www.letsbuy.com and use the one which gives you a lower overall price tag.
