Graphic Cards 17" crt monitor + 4850?

^^ once u buy a 4850 or gtx 260 u will surely be fine for the next 2 yrs, but say after 2 yrs u go and get a new monitor, surely you will buy a wide screen one, at least a 22 incher, at that point you will want to get a better card, believe me u will, even though your 4850/gtx260 be sufficient, still due to future game reqs and advanced techs available you will be tempted to upgrade the gfx. so in essence the extra money you spend now will not be utilised.

When buying or planning to buy PC h/w, never worry about what will happen 2 years later - old jungle saying. hyeah:

From what u guys say ATI 4850 would do me good or if i strech my budget by 1.5K the 260 is the right one.Is 260 worth the extra 1.5K .theitwares says its close to 19000 :huh: .Ok i increased my budget to 13000 .please help me choose the best card.if its 260 please clarify the price. if its 4850 tell me which brand,model should i go forthe palit one for 9.3K is said to be a non reference one is that bad??.thanks:hap2:

Yaar u can get the 260 from US for 11-12k now, if you want local then get the Sonic or some non-ferfrence Palit cooler ones.

As to what I have read, a six-pin to eight-pin PCI-Express power cable is given with the palit 4850 sonic cards.

4850 does come with a 6 pin to 8 pin connector.

your vx450 with a 6 pin connector will be enough to run it. no issues.

i am going to chennai (250km up and down) to get the card tomorrow .
Hope delta or someone has this card in stock.If my memory is correct they told me its close to 12000k is this the right price? i can extend my budget by 1000k.
also i have the following games (original) xbox 360 games lying around.My golden retreiver pulled and smashed my brand new xbox 360 :'( (it was not even a month old).If i can sell them i could even get 4870 hyeah:.can someone tell me where i can sell this game in chennai?.I have these games:

1)Godfather.

2)battlefield 2.

3)dead or alive 4.

4)need for speed underground.

5)gears of war.

7)another game i dont remember buying .

oh i also have this HDMI cable set totaly packed never used can i sell it somewhere?.can i use any components from my xbox 360 i tried to open it but couldnt may be i have to use a hammer or something

you should get Palit dualslot ~ 9.5k or gecube/saphire ~ 10.5K

4850 is way overpriced @chennai ritche

If u would still want to buy from ritche, checkout Mahavir Multimedia

and sell off ur games in TE or some gaming forums market. Dont expect anyone to buy your games @ Ritche :bleh:
