Okay.. I am here to upgrade my 15" CRT to a new monitor

I would be sitting aorund 3-4ft away from the monitor so i think 19" would be fine. Tell me the BEST 19" monitor LCD available out there. Budget is no issue.. I just need the best!!

Go for BENQ or VIEWSONIC 19" wide series .. Dont go for SAMSUNG/LG..

am personally usin viewsonic VG1921wm.. workin gr8 4 me !

How bout the dells?? any idea about it..

Are they better than the BENQs or the Viewsonics.

forget viewsonic..the aftersales service is really bad...

all i can say is ..da best monitor of DELL that fits u r budget

yeah DELLS are the best value for money..really good monitors and great warranty services..thats what ive heard and read in reviews..

yep...if u crave for 1st grade product then Dell e198wfp is what you should consider.
Nothing beats Dell in quality and after sales service.

Well i have just heard from my friend that it takes like 15-20 days for a dell monitor to be delivered. So dell is out of the equation as i require the monitor within 2-3 days max..

So what other choice i have .. viewsonic? I have heard that their quality is not good. Any other brand Samsung?? I have a syncmaster 710N which works great!

Well..those 15-20 will be worth the wait dude!
And its good to wait for 15-20 days and have a absolute peace of mind.

But anyways if u really can't wait that much then ill suggest u to buy Viewsonic VG1930wm...its a tried n trusted viewsonic model and many of the TE members own it.
