Price: Rs.4609/-

Condition:

Received new drive from rma sometime back.

Still lies sealed.

No box, no bill- only the HDD in the sealed antistatic bag.

Warranty:

5 years from manufacturer till Apr 2015 iirc. (bought in Apr/May 2010 iirc)

1-day personal testing warranty- won't cover bad psu/pc, OCing, physical damage or anything that indicates tampering, etc

If DOA (God forbid), money will be refunded after drive is returned in proper physical condition.

Reason for sale:

WD took more than a month to rma- bought new ones in the meantime.

No use- lying idle.

^No it isn't. The newer 2TB drives come with a 3 year warranty as opposed to the 5 year warranty on this drive he is selling. Asking close to 200 INR more for an additional 2 year warranty is totally justified IMO.

PS: Bikey, it would be good if you can highlight the 5 year warranty part.

A new 2 TB green drive costs ~7k and cums with 3 years warranty.....
U get a Brand new drive with +1.5 yrs warranty left for 6.5k....

I think prices are pretty OK...
