Recently I have purchased the sansa fuse+. Please suggest me the 2.0 channel speaker for this player. Purely for music not for movies/games.
Music : mainly rock/metal genre and some classical stuff.

There's not much to suggest here other than the entry-level Creative, Altec Lansing & Edifier models.

If you can up your budget by another 3k, the Creative Gigaworks T20 is a good option. Retails in ebay for 7.4k.

I will be buying the ear phone seperately, but not now. I want this speaker for causal listening and I can't wear this ear phone all the time.

how about those Qinpu speakers from Lynx-india. They look promising and ask Amarbir himself for their performance.

try entry level 2.1 systems from Creative or Altec Lansing. the .1 will make a BIG difference to the music.

No I want only the 2.0 speaker, because 2.1 channel will make sound quality degrade when you listen for rock music.

Bass will dominate and rest other spectrum like mainly mid will be recessed.

The IT Depot seems to have the T20 - Theitdepot - Creative Gigaworks T20 Series II (2.0) Stereo Speakers

Call them up and find out if the T10 is being stocked.

go for the edifier C2 (from infibeam.com) or edifier C2 plus (available on lynx site)

its a 2.1 system , offers probably the best VFM at this range .
