2.1 Speaker under 8k for movies but balanced

I am looking for a 2.1 Speakers under 8k. Primary requirement is movies, but I need balanced sounding speaker sets and not bass heavy.

If you are looking at speakers for TV then have you considered SoundBars? Many companies sell 2 and 2.1 SoundBars and are easily available with a starting rate of around 5-6000 and it would provide a decent sound quality. Most soundbars would sit great along with the TV set and you can find complementary soundbars based on the width of the TV and would not occupy too much space too

Infact off lately I'm considering of sounbdars only, do you know which would be the best all in one soundbar ?
 
Well there are many brands available in the market so you could look around and check out demos. I have seen soundbars from Intex, Philips, Sony, Panasonic. If you have someone coming from US or can get shipping from US then you could get the COBY 90, JBL, Sharp, Insignia, Vizio, RCA and so on.

In India the prices start from around 5 odd thousand and go up to 25k while the US prices would start at around 3500 onwards. If buying from US do check if the speaker supports 240v power or you might need to get a converter.
