Just a heads up on the pricing for your cards, it is a tad too high. You can easily pickup a used 1Yr old 3080 for around 43k-45k in other marketplaces.

Many people here have listed their used 3070 Ti for much lower prices. As low as 37k. There's a much newer Zotac 3070 TI Trinity OC model being sold here for 43k. The OC model usually sells at a premium of 2-3k over the non-OC variant.
