I intend to run my home surveillance on motioneye project so I need the hardware.
If anyone has other suggestions I am open to them.
 
Given the current situation of Pi availability, this would probably be a bulk order which the official Pi resellers would be interested in. Try contacting them first and see what they say. I did not realize so many Pis were needed though.
With respect to other options for your project, I will defer to others.
 
Do you intend to buy 20+ Raspberry Pis?

Is it for a single location or multiple?

If it's a single location, then you'll be better off with an NUC or something like Synology DS920+.

Just suggesting, rest you know your requirements better.
 
Multiple locations, Multiple cameras per location, centralized data storage, how to access remotely, remote backup.
Each raspberry pi will be a camera.
