My Choice for "Best Actress", Rooney Mara in "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" - Her performance was electrifying and just blew my breadth away. In fact Daniel Craig was completely hidden in the shadow's.

Have you seen the original Swedish version of the series? I loved Noomi Rapace with her terrific performance in the movies.

Saw the series last weekend and the time was well spent.

A friend who resides in UK watched the English version last weekend and he was all praise for Rooney Mara. It appears she is a worthy contender for the Oscars this time. Reminds me of Hilary Swank in Million Dollar Baby. Unrivaled performance coming from a lady of her age. Never seen anything like that before.

Moneyball is not worth nomonation. Drive is better in comparision. Help, Midnight are worthy contenders.

Others, I have not watched yet. Put them in to watch list.

He is not even in that many pictures. Not many block busters in them either. No clue.

But his acting is always top notch. Natural. But also, similar in ALL movies.

Btw.. will any of these oscar winning movies be released in India with cuts..? hugo etc?

do pour info on this. They usually take out gore and language at times which does hampers the flow.
