hey ppl,
i was plannin to buy a new monitor... of 24" or 22" depending on $$$... most probably will go for the 24 incher but may decide to go fer the 22 inch (if i get tht sooner by 2 months or sumthin)... can sum1 plz tell me which 22/ 24 " to go for n the price... i have shortlisted:
22 "
samsung 226bw
lg 226wtq
dell e228wfp
dell 2208 wfp

24"
dell 2407-hc (it has some ghosting probs)
lg 246wp
BenQ FP241WZ

tell me the best of the 22" and the 24"

But there is a larg price diff between the 22 and the 24 inchers?

So what is our budget?
 
From the ones you have listed,

BenQ FP241WZ is the best in 24"
Ultrasharp editions of Dell 22" should also be good.
 
What about the dell E248WFP?

I am on the lookout for a good 24 incher too, upgrading from samsung 997MB 19" crt. Main use is gaming/movies.
 
best 22" are the LG L226WTQ & Dell E228WFP as Samsung 226BW & Dell 2208WFP are insanely overpriced

best 24" is the LG L246WP as it is a MVA Panel & has no problems like the Dell 2407WFP-HC
