Monitors 22 - 24" IPS Panel Monitor - Readily available in Chennai market?

I see that the prices on Devraj and IT Depot even for the Dell U2311 is as high as 20K!! And the 2410 is upwards of 30K...

But I see people quoting 14K for the 2311 in the forums around here!!! Hence I was expecting the 2410 to be around the 22-24K mark..

How is there such a big difference in prices?
 
Don't wait for U2312, U2311H is very good, and U2312 will be just a new name for U2311 RevA1 (mine is A0X IIRC, X is 0 or 1)
And U2311 won't get cheaper, it'll just disappear.
I remember the 2209WA i had wanted to get, that bugger never came below 16k even in late 2010, so I got the U2311 instead
@Sub: Dell U2211H is not available because there is hardly Rs. 1k difference with U2311H, so its not very cost effective
