24 inch, IPS, 75+ Hz 1080p, Monitor needed

I wanted to buy a monitor with the above specifications, however, I am pretty noobie here and there are just a daunting amount of options. What would be a reliable product that you would suggest with these specs.

It depends on your use case. If you are primarily using for Work, 60/75Hz monitor is sufficient.
If you are looking for CS-GO kinda FPS based gaming, 120 Hz monitor should be great.

Do you have any GPU or planning to buy one?
 
I have been waiting to get a GPU. I was looking at MSI Optix G242/G241 and the BenQ EX2510, however, these recently have had a price spike and I have seen them selling for sub 17k in sales. Are these monitors any good? Also, what other monitors should I look into this range since 120 Hz monitors are hard to come by!
