Video 32 in LED TV

I am looking for a 32in LED TV for around 25k.
As of now am considering the below:
Toshiba 32P2305
Videocon VJE32FH-HX
VU32k160.

Please anybody have any suggestions.

I have bought the Toshiba P2400, picture quality is decent and it plays many format. Later I found out it has no audio-out and also the P2305 has more features (2HDMI, audio out) with other features remaining the same. Except for the lack of audio out, I like everything about the TV for its price which is around 19k on Snapdeal. I think, if I have a chance again, I'll go for the P2305
 
Will advice you not to go for videocon, I am using panasonic viera full hd led, and its quite good..got additional 2 years warranty from Croma,
 
Been using the toshiba p2305 from the past six months no problem till today the only thing is that when i connect speakers i recive sound from external speakers and from the tvs speakers too we have to keep the tv sound on 0 and only use the speakers volume controls
