Video 32 inch TV for 15K. Any catch?

There is no catch.
32" TVs are available around 20k these days. I bought a Panasonic 32" (IPS Panel) with three years warranty for around 22k. No fancy features except USB playback.
In fact the AOC 32" was available for 14.6k in snapdeal sometime back.

Sony 32" LCD for around 20k (coupons may bring down the price further) http://www.ebay.in/itm/NEW-SONY-BRA...-TELEVISION-SONY-INDIA-WARRANTY-/111197901870
I was considering Toshiba 29P2305 and came across Panasonic 32" models, which model did you get and how is it compared to other brands...?
Also does it play all the video formats via USB palyback.?

The model I bought was TH L32B6D its with ips panel. I didnt compare much of tvs, as its for bedroom and will be used only once in a while.
USB playback - Divx rips and DVD copies = no issues.
Blueray rips - some files do have issues.
Subtitle in USB playback is very very tiny hard to read.
For my purpose, its more than enough.
