CPU/Mobo 3300x + MSI B450M PRO VDH MAX New Build freeze issue help

Tried reinstalling the cpu by removing it from the socket (pins are perfect) but still no luck, took the board+cpu+ram sticks tk my friends place nearby and no display still.

I think I will have to RMA the board only and no solution right now.
 
Thank you everyone for input, bought new Ryzen 5 3600 today since 3500/3300x were not in stock anywhere and the system is working fine now.

Going to RMA my 3300x now.
Thank you.
