PC Peripherals 35k rig recommendations

HEY GUYS i have already posted for 30k rig but

ther has been an increase in my budget

so need to post again for 35k

MY EXISTING CONFIG

INtel core 2 duo E4400 1.99ghz

mobo Intel 945gc motherboard(intel original board)

1GB ram 667MHZ

Graphics nvidia 7200gs ddr

LG dual layer writer 18x

SAMSUNG 160gb hdd

zeby newyork cabinet

Monitor crt 17" flat

SMPS Default one that came with cabinet may be 400w

ILL BE KEEPING

LG optical drive,NO KEYBOARD MOUSE UPS AND SPEAKERS NEEDED

IM THINKIN OF

nothing except that i have found a AMD PHENOM II 550BE(0922a)batch proccy

and that retailer offered me a biostar combo with it for 10,100 RS

and i did not ask him the chipset but he said it will unlock the cores

and it supports ddr3 rams(may be a 790chipset)

UPGRADE

ill not be upgrading it for 2yrs or so

NOTElease dont wait for my reply guys as ill be goin abroad for 5days or so just list out the configurations u have in mind u can also offer me a different proccy and mobo

i can invest a 2k more i think so

Sorry typo. Meant PSU if you mange to get the 0922batch then it have a very high % of unlocking record. Even the newer 0925 batch has decent unlocking record. So you will get a quad core proccy @ 3.1GHz.
