3D printing an gear wheel

I have a Tefal chopper which I imported from UK. Everything is working fine except I broke an gear wheel. now I am not able to get it repaired or get the spare. they have some stupid conditions to give me this spare alone. We really like the work it did.

Now I am wondering if the axle can be 3D printed or made somehow. I have pointed out in the pic the wheel I need. I just have an empty slot. with the broken gear wheel being thrown out by a stupid local repair guy

You need plastic reduction gear wheel, not axle i believe.

without the broken gear wheel, it is bit difficult.

search for "Plastic gear wheel" in amazon, there are many available, but you need the size, teeth numbers. Hope it helps.

edited the question.. somehow I think I misunderstood the word axle all along
