3G Internet Connection(Chennai) - Help

I just shifted to chennai and waiting for my bsnl 3g sim to be delivered. Bought huawei e173 from sairaminternational@ymail.com (9659828283) for 1800,decent deal and door delivered. The BSNl DSA guy quoted me 4000 and was shocked,found this guy when searching for other dealers. I will post here regarding his service and support later.
