Yesterday, I bought one Vodafone sim for using 3g & got to know that their 3g services are available only in central delhi, south delhi & gurgon. So, now I have following queries, plz help:-

1> When Vodafone 3g servcies will be available in whole Delhi?

2> Does MTNL & Airtel have 3g service available in whole Delhi?

I would suggest you reliance 3g. For speed and better network in 3g areas.
Else cost effective 3g to be mtnl with their 6 month plan.
Vodafone has limited connectivity among their alloted 3g circles.
