PC Peripherals 3rd Time Power Fail on My Computer

HI, this is very frustrating, my pc power fail 3 rd time. what the exact problem with it.

I have a P 4 @ 2.24 Ghz, 1 x 512 & 1 x 256 MB SD RAM, Gagabyte Motherboard, 2 x 80 GB IDE, 1 x 160GB IDE, 1 x DVDRW IDE, Inbuilt TV Tuner, Netgear Wireless Adapter, Inbuilt Lan, Audio & Video.
I am ran all the component with 400 Watt SMPS.

but this is 3rd time my pc again not get on.

What the exact solution for this.

components getting heated???...check bios for temp/ temp ruse...else try keeping the cabby door open

If ur pc didnt reach till bios then it might be some problem with rams.

Its not compulsory for every mobo to have a speaker.

Most likely your PSU is in its last stage.Try borrowing PSU from any friend(if possible) and see if it helps.
